Genevieve Roberts, SLP

Genevieve is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, and received her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Alberta. She is passionate about all things language related, with special interests in literacy development, augmentative and alternative communication, and childhood apraxia of speech. Genevieve has experience supporting clients in a wide range of settings, including schools, family homes, clinics, and through telehealth.

As someone who spent several years as a single parent to a very young child, Genevieve understands the importance of supporting families rather than overwhelming them. Her priority is to create treatment plans that are family centered and practical, using creative problem solving to help children and their caregivers navigate challenges with confidence.

Genevieve’s core values as an SLP include providing family centered therapy, celebrating strengths, and empowering families through clear, compassionate support.

In her free time, Genevieve enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially paddle boarding, camping, and hiking.
