Emma Spenceley

I specialize in supporting children with autism and behavioural needs through Applied Behaviour Analysis, behaviour support planning, and skill building in both school and community settings. I hold an Autism and Behavioural Science Certification as well as a Bachelor of Arts, and bring several years of experience working in ABA clinics and schools. Throughout my career, I have collaborated closely with families and educators to foster meaningful growth and support children in reaching their full potential.

From an early age, I knew I wanted to work with children who needed extra support. My mom was a teacher who always found ways to connect with students who struggled, and watching her inspired my passion for helping children and families understand the reasons behind behaviours and find strategies that support success.

I believe strongly in a collaborative approach where the child, family, and community partners all play important roles. I focus on creating individualized strategies rooted in ABA principles while keeping compassion and respect at the core. My goal is not only to address behaviours, but to empower families and educators with tools and insights they can continue to use long after sessions end.

Outside of work, I love being outdoors—whether I’m hiking or exploring new trails on my ATV. I also share my home with two cats and a dog, so life is always a little lively.
