Miranda Cherviakoff, Executive Assistant

Miranda Cherviakoff works with Tamaca as Executive Assistant to Founder and CEO Megan Stock, supporting the organization by strengthening internal systems, communication, and day to day operations. Her role focuses on creating structure behind the scenes so clinicians and leadership can focus on delivering exceptional care to children, families, and community partners.

She brings more than 10 years of experience in administrative and team support roles across nonprofit, education, and small business environments. Known for her calm presence and attention to detail, Miranda supports meeting coordination, project organization, documentation, workflow development, and onboarding, helping keep the organization running smoothly.

Miranda's approach is grounded in compassion, organization, and a genuine desire to support others. With training in trauma informed care and ongoing studies in somatics, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, she strives to bring steadiness, clarity, and care to every interaction.

Outside of work, Miranda enjoys spending time in nature and finds inspiration in its quiet rhythms. She also appreciates the subtle guidance of angel numbers, which remind her to stay connected to meaning, intention, and personal growth.
